Description
1. Students will understand the core principles of Anglo-American legal systems and the Lebanese legal system. 2. Students will read and understand legal cases that apply key concepts and doctrines of commercial law to American, Lebanese and international business activities. 3. Students will relate management, economic and ethical theories to the core business law doctrines.
