7. Through classroom discussion and debate, students will express complex legal ideas verbally.

8. Through written assignments, students will practice expressing legal ideas in writing, and apply legal concepts to hypothetical factual situations.

9. Students will interpret complex fact patterns in the areas of management practice, corporate governance, finance, and other core business areas in light of abstract legal concepts. This will strengthen students’ reading comprehension and writing skills, helping to prepare them for the international business workplace.
