Description
10. Attention is paid to the development of both Anglo-American common law legal systems and Continental code-based legal systems, and how current domestic commercial law regimes around the globe developed out of these two approaches. Students will be able to explain the differences in the main features of these legal systems and recognize their application in business environments in the Middle East, Europe, the Americas and Asia.
11. Students will learn the main doctrines of international law affecting commercial activities, as well as the principal economic and treaty organizations.
