Description

5. Demonstrate effective written communication skills by writing (1) a clear, convincing cover letter and (2) an impactful one-page resume that capture why the student is interested in the field, the company and the position and why s/he is a good fit/stands out from other candidates (Assessed Using AoL Rubric). 6. Customize cover letters and resumes to each opportunity and company according to market and company needs and attributes. 7. Demonstrate effective oral communication skills by: a. understanding the key elements of a successful interview for various types of job interviews (e.g. case interviews, fit interviews, personality surveys), b. preparing a broad outline of effective interview approaches (verbal and non-verbal) that market the student’s strengths in an impactful manner
