Description

The role of the CHMO is to manage customer health. The team works across product and service lines as well as marketing, sales and service functions. Its primary focus is to create a governance structure that can manage acoss the enterprise at multiple levels. On one level, the CHMO will have to be responsive to requirements of customer health. On another level, the CHMO will have to be cognizant of the enterprise's long term strategic objectives and profitable growth agenda.
