Description
Predictors used to indicate how customers feel about a company, what they will do in the future, and how the firm can best address customer's unmet needs. The four key predictors are:
- What customers tell a company - What customer tell others - What customers show others - What customers show a company
These will help understand where customers are on the spectrum from apathy to advocacy.
